Here’s some help to get children active and moving.

This is a wellbeing resource by Naomi Erasmus that will hopefully help children to replace their anxious thoughts with more helpful ways of thinking using the cognitive behavioural therapy. It also intends to develop children’s empathy for peers and problem-solving skills to better confront and cope with anxiety-provoking situations and events.
She has written it to be used in the current situation but also ensures that it covers other anxiety-provoking scenarios primary aged children might struggle with. It should be read by a parent, caregiver or teacher alongside a child or a small group of children. It is not encouraged for children to read this book independently without the support of a parent, caregiver or teacher.
